Prof. Giovanni De Feo from University of Salerno (Italy) will highlight the need of a methological change from transmissive learning towards active learning approaches in the field of environmental education. Children and young people can act as agents of making our present and future societies sustainable and this is an opportunity that should not be ignored in existing school policies. An innovative education framework named “Greenpoli” will also be presented, discussing its diversity.
